Classic jazz, Latin vibes, mambo grooves and lounge tunes from the vinyl collection of retro DJ Jeniffer Jackson. Enjoy the sounds of some of the greatest names in jazz: Jimmy Smith, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Jon Hendricks, Nina Simone, Earl Grant, Frank Sinatra and more.

The Jazz Department captures that laid back beatnik vibe of the 50’s and 60’s basement jazz clubs of Soho, Paris, LA and New York and now London’s shoreditch nightlife. Music from a time when jazz WAS cool.
Special guests: The Florence Joelle 3, will performing two sets, consisting of self-penned, 50’s style gypsy jazz, re-workings of old time blues and savvy standards.
